Good luck Claire, I've lost 10kg already and haven't given up any of those things - it's all about portion size. Don't cut anything out completely or you'll just crave for it all the more. xx

It's all on my blog - Thinking Slimmer has been a big factor I think, takes all the effort out. I also did a Jenny Craig month's trial and I'm currenty doing WeightWatchers ProPoints, which is a good way of keeping track. Everything - even chips, burgers, wine and chocolate - has points so as long as you save up some points throughout the week, you can have a weekly (or daily) treat of whatever you fancy. Obviously not a whole family sized bar but a few squares of chocolate or a handful of jellybeans (which is my guilty pleasure) !

Best of luck Claire, I agree don't cut everything out or you'll want it more. Just eat smaller amounts, exercise, more fruit and veg and write everything down. Keep us posted.
