Faux Pockets Is The New Fake News

What do you do on a grey grey day that’s the greatest you ever seen in the history of grey and the greyness is wearing you down as much as faux pockets are. Faux pockets are no use nor ornament as they say , I can not underestimate the level of agony ,blood curdling agony at that at the discovery of faux pockets in a pair of trousers I had and to boot they had zips on them and it was unzipping to no avail. But I thought my new jeans couldn’t fail in the pocket department could they now ? well yes they could. My new jeans had fake back pockets big fail big fat fail , gah if fake pockets had been prevalent in Shakespeare’s day he’d have written a sonnet to them.

But in a grey world of faux pockets there is a glimmer of hope in the world and that is the shape of a found lost sock.I had been lamenting the loss of my sock for months. Honestly I cannot under estimate the loss of a sock I expect somewhere there’s an ode to a lost sock. All is right with the world now I’m reunited with my sock , you see you mid where you are with socks.

Ray A Drop Of Golden Sun

Aren’t photos all brilliant with the burst of sunshine,it raises the soul on a cold and frosty day , warm and sunny day, rainy or drizzly day , the sunshine burst are a freckle of fun upon the day .

Like a jewel sunbursts and melting pools of Gold or more commonly known as sunsets.I love snapping away when the sun is bright or the light is melting away to bring the velvet of night. The velvet night need not be so scary with the treasure of light to behold the next day.

Magical isn’t it no one day or sunrise or sunset is ever the safe in lifes ever changing canvas , you’re a work of art starring in a work of art.Light encapsulates art and art encapsulates light oh how I love it on my travels near and far.

I took pictures all day it’s a hobby that really makes me happy and I want to get out and explore all the times whatever the weather , as long I’ve appropriate clothing I’m happy.

Venice The Instagram Ready Beauty

Such a cliche I know to say Venice is an Instagram ready beauty but such a cliche has never been truer.Venice is indeed an Instagram ready beauty but far from being knee deep in my camera all the time I did look up in absolute abjecive wonder.

And quite honestly Venice isn’t as expensive as people make out especially if you eat away from the tourist hot spots. Yes soft drinks are a little hefty on the pockets at about 4 Euros but you’ll find that you can get water cheaply or even a promise if a free drink in some places.

As you weave through the alleys and bridges you can’t help but fall in love with Venice, I think going at a quieter time of year really does help.

With pop up markets where ever your eye rests and the world famous fish market at Rialto there’s so much interaction and people watching to be had if you so wish. I can not stress enough how wonderful travel is and this the second time that we’ve been to Italy as a family this year , it is really snatched moments with the teen being at at University as study is all absorbing and harder than you can ever imagine.

But when it nearly doesyou’ll be a little confused, a little bemused, very stressed and incredibly embarrassed.

There is no need to worry though, because nearly  missing a flight happens to the best of us – even when there’s nobody to blame but yourself because you’ve been buying headache tablet s shampoo and shower gel. You come out to find your husband mouthing “We’ve four minutes before the gate closes , we have got to get to gate 27 NOW!”

Your family will only have to run to the departure gate like Usain Bolt with myself lagging behind shouting “ I can’t run ... save yourself go without me ....” . You would have thought it was a BBC sitcom like “Out Numbered”  or a Carry on sketch.

But we made it and luckily we were at the front of the plane and didn’t have to do the walk of shame ...
