Blog Commenting Does It Really Matter.

I don't think blog commenting matters as it did.

I admit I've been quite relaxed on the blog commenting front , but it's not blog adulation I'm seeking basking in the sunlight of comments . It's really about documenting how I feel on my blog , I share stuff my husband or son wouldn't share that's me .

And for me to feel relaxed and not beholden to commenting is a release.


That's not to say I won't comment on blogs , I certainly rt them.


What matters to me is me .


What matters is cake.


 


What matters is the cake is a #randomnactofkindness


What matters is the cake is a gift from a neighbour whose husband is poorly .


What matters is my husband was able to help the neighbour.


What's matters is life .

To Get Ahead Get A Hat By Rollie The Cat


Silly human bean putting me in a hat over Christmas , I mean honestly I'm not sure that red is even my colour but you have to work with what you've been given.



 


 

I've haven't been the same since they plonked this on my head as a kitten ....


 


You just can't get the staff nowadays ...

Sometimes you just have to express yourself through imperative dance ...



 

 

I think of myself a Thespian , I'm just waiting in my Oscar really , I'm the cat very version of Simon Callow .

I know I was overlooked in the New Years Honours but it will be my turn soon ..

 


I 'm preparing to audition to be a Bond villain cat I've nailed it don't you think ?!


 

Star Wars film not a problem , I can do that .

Sharing To Care

You might think sharing stuff on line can leads to all sorts of problems but it really does depend on what you are sharing , now you have to be careful on line as it can lead to problems but do it right then you will have a support network that you never thought you had.

2017 is I think is all about switching it up and striving forward.


I was ill in December nothing new there loads of people are with various and fevers and it was a fever that I had which went on my chest .. blah blah  you get the picture. I was pretty much run into the ground not taking care of myself as I should I was in the circle of just plonk the bread in the toaster drink tea and roll out the door literally for work ( white bread at that ) neither was I drinking much water I was running on  tea vapours .


Fastward to blood tests a week before Christmas with a non feeling nurse ( nurses DO do brilliant jobs )

"Well if you've difficult veins you should have gone to hospital "


Cheers  I thought as the vampire drew 4 phials of blood out of me gritting my teeth into a false smile as she sucked the life out of me !


Then I pushed it all out of my mind , I went to Warner Bros Studios , had a super duper Christmas , yes I still felt tired but just thought it was the tail end of a very busy term. So went I got the phone call saying I needed to ring the doctor to book an appointment I went on an all out panic as I was on my own when I received the phonecall. I got the doctor to call me back and he thinks it could be X Y or Z there is something bubbling on an autohumine level.

Worse case Lupus with Cress .


I've a vitamin D defiency .


But I'm not alone , I've a support network obviously at home but also on line .


You're never alone you've just got to find your niche and mine is my blog.

Haddock and Watercress , Spinach Aribata Rice

Ever had those moments when you don't know what to have for tea and your family are pestering you with the question s 

" What's for tea ?"

" When will tea be ready ?"

" It's not long to tea now is it ?"


And with it being New Year and all that jazz it was time to eat more healthy doctors instructions ~ they never prescribe tea and cake do they now ~ the meanies !


Ingredients 

Haddock enough for the number of people you aim to serve ( 4 ) 

1 tablespoon of Olive oil 
300 g Arborio rice

700ml vegetable stock 

Watercress packet of ( you can find other stuff  mixed in with this , which is fine )

1 onion chopped

50 g Parmasan grated

Freshly ground black pepper 


Method 

Preheat the oven to 200 c and warp the haddock in foil and place in the oven to cook whilst this is cooking 


Bake the haddock in the oven for whilst this is doing next 

heat the olive oil in a pan frying the onion then adding the rice 

begin to add the stock a little at a time , allow the grains to absorb the liquid before continuing on 

Meanwhile get the haddock  out of the oven and add the haddock to the pan 

Stir in the watercress 

Continue cooking till the liquid has been absorbed
