Here it is June and whilst walking back from work I spotted this snap dragon growing in the village church wall., love that nature clings on to sheer impossibilities.

Joseph Joseph Knife LockBlock
I have just got back form work and I am here typing this , not knowing what to say my mind is blank. What could I blog about I know a cup of tea I could blog about the cup of tea I am drinking it is in a mug but the mug isn't very exciting oooh the weather I could blog about the weather.
As soon as I type about the weather it as if the weather gods have heard me and the sky is pitch black and threatening to rain.
OOH I know I could tell you about my friend Mr robin that comes to visit me bob bob bobbing into my garden the same robin that visits me when I go visiting me in the woods. As I can't seem to capture the pesky little fellow on film then doubt you will believe me on that.
I could tell you about my son doing his GCSE's and how I deliver instructions to him when I leave for work like they do when you are on a plane a sort of flight safety information but with a house.
"The exits are here here and here"
I will tell you of my love for Joseph Joseph * puts straight up I wrote about a potato masher , sure sexy good looks and functionality I am talking abut this with passion as I LOVE it. Ooh there you go I found something to talk about if James Bond could choose a kitchen what would he chose . I believe he would choose a Joseph Joseph knife block with its secret safety feature.
The safety feature is designed to stop children getting hold of knives and this is a brilliant feature as you have to have your eyes peeled when children are in the the kitchen.
The knife block I think you will agree looks fabulous like a secret agent ( as was pointed out in the comments ) , The knife block with out the knives costs (£60 )and with the knives costs (£150) the slots for the knives are universal ones so no need to worry if your own knives will fit.
The knives can be only released by adult hands no little ones getting hold of knives when you aren't looking. The knives can only be released by adult hands by holding onto the release buttons on the side which is ace. Watch this youtube video and you will get the right idea.
Disclosure I was sent this for review , however James bond was not included * sob I would loved to have been shaken and stirred.

Coming Up to D Day
It's crunch time.
It's June.
Again.
That time of the year when things didn't go well for me.
I'll say this yes it is my depression , yes it was my depression , no I am not playing the victim never will do.
I feel I have to say things to justify how I feel , You see I am dealing with my depression through self care and just telling people when I am feeling so so.
I am not blessed with the gift of everyone go ing oooh wow at my blog posts ~ maybe on occasion.
I know my self worth and it is high.
I have had time to relax , reflect and respect myself.
Time is a healer they say.
The date is coming up when I caused people to turn their backs on me. The more I tried to explain the worse it got and what it is IS what it is !
Everyone has a battle they are fighting and I can't hate it is not in my nature, I treat such people as I would the horrible radish with disdain. You can still tolerate people even if there is disdain and that is what sets us apart.
The blogging has helped me though.
Taking time to listen to me allows me time to heal.
The doctor the other week just said "what pills do you want ? mmmm mmmmm"
And told me "Sorry your appointment is only so long "
I choose not to have pills , I don't want this.
Time I choose time but sometimes we don't have enough time for each other.
And we should that person could very well need it .
That person could be me.
That person could be you.
PS I am Ok , but as it is my blog I am SO allowed to write what I like.

30 Days Wild Connecting with Nature
Yesterday I connected with the wild with nature , I communed as they say with nature , I did not get lost ,
yet travelling into nature feels like a homecoming and leaving is very much tinged with a sense of loss.
I breathe in the soft summer heavy with the promise of warm weather , I wander to the dip and dive of the swooping house martins that provide an aerial spectacular, I am instilled with a state of the deepest, calmest joy.
I find when I wander that I never find the same route twice, I am absorbed in the environment , with this I have ever felt fitter or more full of Strength and hope.
Skip through the buttercups.
BIG tick

10 Things I Want To Do In The Good Ole Usa
Ten things I want to do in the good ole USA
I've been to the USA more times then you shake a Mickey Mouse tail at , 4 times to the spiritual home of said mouse a magical mouse that snares you in and won't let you explore out as carton bluebird patrol !. I love Disney very much but now I want to see more of the USA , I've seen New York and Macy's parade , adventures calls to me much like the American dream. And I've always wanted to channel my inner Bill Bryson and myself as the new lyrical intrepid wanderer.
1. To go to a diner and have coffee and of course pie ; if you haven't seen Twin Peaks then you must , pie and coffee are as American as they come. Cliched hell yeah but so what it's like us British and afternoon tea.
2. Visit the spot where Martin Luther King spoke from when he gave his "I have a dream " speech nothing is more important than fragile human freedoms. And in August I'm off to Washington DC so this is a certainty !!
3. New England in fall ( our autumn) I am most fortunate to have seen the sweeping colour tapestry of autumnal colour up near Niagara Falls.
4. The Bridges of Madison County having seen the film which I loved and the fact it is about a photographer and the picture perfect bridges. This situation makes me love it all the more and the bridges are frames to undulating vistas.
5. Jazz in up in New Orleans , sample the exquisite cuisine , of course go on a paddle steamer. I could do my Boy George Kama chameleon . I'd love to glide with ubiquitous charm into the 200 year old French quarter.
6. Head to the windy city of Chicago , I've seen the gangster film the untouchables I reckon I go sneak into a speak easy or 2, I would do my best Al Capone accent.
7. San Fransisco shock horror I've never seen Bullit but I have seen Mrs Doubtfire and Princess Diaries ooooh ooooh and the Star Trek movies. The magnificent Golden Gate Bridge ! is an engineering wonder that I need
8. Mount Rushmore
9 Boston It goes without saying I ow;ld have to have my own Boston tea party, sample the Boston Freedom trail, Boston harbour , just to be immersed in the sights, smells and sounds.
10. LA Bonkers but to see the Hollywood twinkle and see the glittzy faux paux of some would be quite an amusing people watching experience.
