Magpie Monday Lord of the Flies

I like  absolutely adore Charity shopping in a non smug Smashie and Nicey way. when I Charity shop I morph into "Ralph"  from Lord of the Flies seeking out the weak Charity shopper who is akin to "Piggy" from "Lord Of the Flies" the fact they are wearing spectacles is perhaps a coincidence who knows * shrugs shoulders.  Other seasoned Charity shoppers pick up on this vibe and "pack mentality" ensures their fate: all I can say is where once stood a bespectacled Charity shopper, only their lonely spectacles remain on the floor glinting in the sun. There is no room for the weak .....

A Plataypus is like a 4 year old!

Never ever argue with a Platypus ...

Why I hear you cry ...


Well its because they have poisonous claws .


Platypus make as much sense as 4 year olds except they are not poisonous they are just odd like a Platypus.Take for example my conversation this week finding a child holding a wet paper to his head I enquired :


"Are you hurt"

Nodding "Yes , yes ..sniff drawing up a dangly green bogey.

Where I asked.


"My feelings , my feelings are hurt" he sobbed.

He wasn't hurt physically someone had just hurt his feelings bless him...


I also caught some 4 year olds colouring each other teeth green and that is why a Playapus is like a 4 year old they make no sense half the time!
