Hell I am early but you know , I have had a grumpy week nothing has been right the stars haven't aligned them selves and all that Jazz . I still haven't got batteries for my scales .. actually where are my scales ?Anyway as I am on a diet meal planning is key aside the Chocolate Orange that met with the floor I have been good.
Monday Dinner: Sausage Pasta
Tuesday Dinner: Frugal Corn Beef Hash
Wednesday Dinner: Jacket Potato with Tuna and light Mayonnaise though the teen is fussy and won't eat this so it will be Fish Fingers and mashed potato for him
Thursday Dinner : Homemade Chicken Nuggets
Dessert : Ginger & Apple loaf
Friday Dinner: Toad in the Hole
Saturday Dinner: Honey & Pesto Gammon
Sunday: Frankie & Bennys as I won a voucher in a charity raffle.
All this I do with potion control and I do make sure I drink plenty of water and it helps keeps the cravings down
