My thought process is one of an endless stream and finding that off switch is a a hard one as ooh just ind more thing pipes into your head . That is the joy of being autistic as it’s like having an endless stream of thoughts in your head. Think of it as if you’re rehearsing a play in your head but that play is going on through out your life.
